Question: What is the friends and family rank, and what comes with it?
The Friends and Family rank is there to allow our members the ability to play with the people they love to play with most, and all be under the same guild. While we're pretty easy going with invites for the rank, all members under it still must follow the guilds rules. We invite exclusively for our raid teams and as such, no friend or family member invited is ever expected to raid let alone going to get a raid spot, and the guild is not under any obligation to find you a spot either. A raid leader may bring you to one of their raids if they so desire, but this does not guarantee a spot within that raid. Raid leaders may recruit you to their raids for a permenant position, however, this needs to be confirmed with an officer beforehand so you can be properly promoted to a more deserving rank.
If you're a Friends and Family rank, but wish to raid, then you need to speak with an officer and let them know of your desire to do so. Keep in mind that while we will try and find you a spot, we can not, and will not guarantee you a place in any team and may not be able to find you one at all. If a raid leader is responsible for your recruitment / invitation to the guild you will be put on Friends and Family rank until it is confirmed with the raid leader before bumping you up to a proper rank.
Question: How long does "Trial" rank last for?
Answer: Typically, 2 - 3 weeks depending on how active you are in guild. However, sometimes the inviting guild member may not add your join date to your guild note. In this case, members may be forgotten about. If you have been in guild longer than 3 weeks, contact an officer in guild and mention it.

Question: What does it take to get guild repairs in Anhedonia?
Answer: We as a guild offer repairs to our members who are actively raiding and only to those who are contributing "Bind on Equip" items or materials to the bank. The bank supplies a multitude of functions to our raiders, one of which being repairs, which are only made possible through these contributions. We as a guild feel as though members who are not part of any raid team can function on their own to make money for their own repairs considering their need for them is nearly non-existent, or covered by one of the games many means of making money such as dailies.
Raid teams that contribute to the guild, help the guild generate income which is what allows us to have the funds to supply them with a multitude of things, including repairs. While we would like nothing more than to supply all our members with the means to repair freely, we would need to require people to make madatory contributions to help offset the cost, which is not only an unreasonable request but also an unfair one as not everyone will be able to donate.

Question: What is the rule of having alts in guild?
Answer: As long as you have one active, max level character in guild, you can have as many alts in guild as you like.
Question: Why were my alts removed from guild?
Answer: If you left on your active, max level character, we do not keep alts in guild. While we do have a casual atmosphere about us, we don't simply like to be a home for the characters you rarely visit.

I want to get an item out of the guild bank, what do I do?
Two of our bank tabs allow for free withdrawals depending on rank.
General Tab - 2 - 3 withdrawals daily for Main and above.
Raider - 2 - 3 withdrawals daily for Raider and above. The only person in guild who can pull items out of the other tabs is the guild leader, Alltaire. Drop her an in-game mail asking for the item, or ask her yourself when you're online.
I want to borrow some gold to buy something for myself, what do I do?
We have very specific reasons as to why you would be allowed to borrow gold from the guild bank.
1. You need to buy gems or enchants that are not in the bank at the moment, but are in need of them before the raid.
2. You would like to buy BoE gear off the AH that would be an upgrade to your current gear.
3. You need repair money.
4. You want to buy gear or patterns off of the vendor, but are unable to afford it (in reference to the Firelands rep and quest related items). For certain circumstances, you may not be required to pay the guild bank back. This, however, depends on the arrangement made with Alltaire. Also, the bank will never loan out more than 10k gold to any one player at a time unless there are circumstances surrounding the issue. (IE - you have something put down as collateral)
This may seem strange, or whimsical, at first, but remember, the guild has been around for years now, and there have been no shortage of people who have tried to take advantage of the system.
I want <item> from the guild bank, what do I do?
1. BoEs are sold for a 50 - 70% discount from the CURRENT auction house price. This means what the item is going for when we go to look for it, and not what you may have seen it for last week.
2. Flasks have a general price, so the more expensive ones go for the same price as the cheaper ones, which is usually 50% of the price of the cheaper flask.
3. Enchanting mats and gems are also 50% off their AH price. Which may vary depending on how late/early it is in the expansion.
4. As a general rule, if it's in the bank it IS for sale, and can be sold for 50 - 70% of the auction house list price.
5. You can trade materials worth what the item is worth. This means you may not have the item 50 - 70% discount, but there will be a discount available.
